Helideck Safety Netting, also known as the wire cable, is a versatile and durable material commonly used in various industries. It is made from high-quality stainless steel grades 304, 304L, 316, or 316L, ensuring its strength and corrosion resistance. The surface of the cable can be treated with a silver or black oxide finish, providing a sleek and professional appearance.

The wire cable is available in two main structures: 7 × 7 and 7 × 19, and customized sizes can also be made upon request. Its diameter ranges from 1.0 to 5.0 mm, making it suitable for different applications. The cable's aperture size can vary from 20 mm to 200 mm, and the mesh opening angles can be 30°, 60°, 70°, 75°, or other customized options. The standard opening for the mesh aperture is 60°, providing an optimal balance between strength and visibility.

There are two types of connections for the wire cable: knot type and ferrule type. The knot type is commonly used for simple installations, while the ferrule type is preferred for more complex and heavy-duty applications. The frame of the cable is normally used in round pipes or square pipes, providing additional stability. The frame thickness can be 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, or other customized options, and the frame diameter can be 19mm, 20mm, 30mm, or 40mm, depending on the specific needs of the project.
