Welded Galvanized  Wire Pipeline Reinforced Mesh material is low carbon steel with galvanized coating. It can either be cold galvanized wire or hot dipped galvanized wire meeting to ASTM and the line wires are deeply crimped and then welded to form a wave structure, making it easy to be coated with concrete and then submerged in water or earth. It has excellent corrosion and rust resistant performance, preventing concrete weight coated pipeline from being damaged during installation and after it is in place.This kind of mesh is available in three sizes with traditional 10 wire, 8 wire or 6 wire mesh system. It is mainly used for concrete weight coating of submarine pipelines. In addition to conventional specifications, we also supply other specifications according to customer requirements.

Precautions for using Welded Galvanized Wire Pipeline Reinforced Mesh:

1. Before storing or using the steel mesh, store it in a dry, rain-proof area to avoid exposure to water and moisture.

2. When transporting and unloading the mesh using a forklift, avoid scratching the mesh with the forklift's tines. This can cause deformation and damage to the mesh, complicating and impacting construction.

3. Operators must wear necessary protective gear during construction.

•          Also can load in pallet or wooden box, then in container.
