Pipeline Reinforced Mesh
Pipeline Reinforced Mesh is one kind of our Welded mesh product.
It is also known as pipeline coating mesh which is widely used as reinforcement on concrete weight coating
pipelines for oil and gas.
It is designed to provide negative buoyancy and mechanical protection for pipelines in subsea and wet environments.
Pipeline Reinforced Mesh Normal Export Specifications:
We have total 4 types: RFSM-L, RFSM-N, RFSM-T, RFSM-W
(1) RFSM-L
It is a low carbon steel wire for the reinforcement of concrete weight coated pipelines. The mesh includes 6 line wires that aredeeply crimped between the cross wires. The 2-inch mesh with both sides between the line wires is intended for coating with an overlap of 1 inch.
(2) RFSM-N
It is a spot welded mesh made of galvanized low carbon steel wire for the reinforcement of concrete weight coated pipelines. The mesh includes 8 line wires that are deeply crimped between the cross wires.
(3) RFSM-T
It is a spot welded mesh made of galvanized low carbon steel wire for the reinforcement of concrete weight coated pipelines. The meshis 92.4 mm instead of 67 mm between the cross wires.
(4) RFSM-W
It is a spot welded mesh made of galvanized low carbon steel wire for the reinforcement of concrete weight coated pipelines. The mesh includes 10 line wires that are deeply crimped between the cross wires.
